The ability to do a wide variety of processing
-- including even press blanking, drawing, cold firging, pipe forming, and fine blanking --
widens the selection of part shapes and performance,
and because it is especially good at being used together with
mechanical processing, high precision and low cost is assured.
It is also useful for press working of unique pipes.
Blanking Blanking to a size about 1000mm( 40 inches ) can be done. In particular, with our unique distortion removal technology, we are confident about products that demand flatness, and with the hard disk blanking processing that employs this technology, flatness of several microns is guaranteed.
We can also handle a variety of press working , including fine blanking.
Drawing Our strong point is not only drawing from plates but also composite processing such as forming using pipes and combining pipe expansion and forming, the number of parts can be reduced.
Fine Blanking This is essential for parts that require precision press working.
Cold Forging This method is suited for products that require better strength, corrosion resistance, amd appearance than, for example , diecast products. At our company this is also applied to pipe processing.
